A Monterey murder suspect’s arraignment has been delayed yet again. This time because a judge recused herself from the case. This sort of decision is usually made because there is a possible ‘conflict of interest’ or ‘lack of impartiality’. The case involves the stabbing death of 50 year-old Tara De Sousa. Matthew Huntington, who is still in custody, is accused of the murder of De Sousa, who was his ex-girlfriend.
