A 2nd arrest has been made in last month’s murder of a Gilroy man. 19 year-old San Jose resident Gabriela Bernice Ortiz was arraigned today, and is now due back in a Santa Clara county courtroom March 17th. More suspects are still being sought in connection with the murder of Robert Heiser (who’s body was found in his own home). Anyone with any information on this case is encouraged to contact the Gilroy Police Department.
