A Seaside man has been arrested on felony sexual assault charges. Gang member Pedro Pinedo allegedly attacked a woman he knew at his home on Soto Street around 8 p.m. Tuesday night. Pinedo fled on foot when officers arrived at the scene. Police returned to Pinedo’s home yesterday afternoon and found him hiding inside a closet. He was arrested and booked into Monterey County Jail.
