The Santa Cruz Warriors basketball team is raising money for downtown improvement projects through ticket sales. A portion of ticket proceeds from last night’s game went to the San Lorenzo River Alliance and the improvement of Abbott Square. The funds will support the installation of art along the river as well as help provide more outdoor seating and community events downtown.
