A 28 year-old man was arrested this afternoon, after he was allegedly seen spray-painting graffiti on a Watsonville Church. Juan Manuel Romero was reportedly physically detained by the witness until Watsonville Police officers arrived. They arrested Romero, and booked him into Santa Cruz County Jail. He faces 2 counts of Felony Vandalism….1 because it was a place of worship that was tagged, and the other because the amount of the damage is estimated to be about 1 thousand dollars.
