The University of California San Francisco has received a 100-million dollar gift from a former billionaire. The Gift brings the total of dollars from Atlantic Philanthropies, a foundation started by Charles Feeney, to 394 million. Feeney put nearly all of his estimated 7 point 5 billion dollars into the foundation sine 1982. the former billionaire expects the bulk of the fortune to be gone by next year.
