The arraignment for a man suspected of killing his girlfriend in new Monterey has been rescheduled for next month. Mathew Huntington, who is now out of the coma he suffered after he fell from a rooftop, did not make it to his arraignment this morning in a Monterey County Court room. Huntington, who is accused of killing his on-again, off-again girlfriend Tara De Sousa, remains in a hospital. His arraignment on murder charges has been rescheduled until march 18th.
