An armed man robbed a university area 7-Eleven early Friday. UCSC police say that shortly before 3 a.m. a man entered the store on Cardiff Place and robbed the clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash at gunpoint. The robber, described as white, mid to late twenties, clean shaven, 5’8”, 200 pounds, with blue eyes, wearing all black, fled to a waiting late model black Honda driven by an accomplice. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact UCSC police.
