Seaside police are searching for a 20 year old salinas man who fled the scene after a fatal crash on Highway 1 last night. Officials say the incident occurred around 6:30 near Canyon Del Rey Boulevard, when a truck flipped, rolled down the embankment, and landed on the off ramp. A female passenger was ejected from the vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Another passenger was treated for moderate injuries.t.
