The Pregnant Mare Rescue Foundation is warning neighbors of their Watsonville property of a possible mountain lion or other predator in the area. The announcement was released following an attack on an 8-month-old colt at the foundation last weekend. The colt survived the attack after receiving six hours of emergency veterinary care.
