Capitola city officials have decided to move forward with a public discussion on a development project. This week, the city council voted 4-1 in favor of a plan to redevelop the area around city hall. The $20 million project would include a park, parking garage, civic center and hotel. A sub-committee will be selected to open the discussion to the community.
