The County of Santa Cruz, has announced that Nelson Road, from 2 mile marker to the 2.1 mile marker will be subject to ongoing construction between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., through February 27th, 2015, weather permitting. The construction is necessary for storm damage repair. The Department of Public Works is asking the motoring public avoid the area if possible.
