Three Central Coast agencies have been recognized for their sustainable practices and their contributions to the economy. The GreenWharf program in Santa Cruz, the Conservation Academy in Watsonville, and the Elkhorn Slough Foundation were among the recipients of the 2014 Governor’s Environmental and Economic Leadership Awards.
