A Salinas woman who was reported missing yesterday afternoon has been located. 79-year-old Lucy Chacon Santa, who is said to have early onset dementia, walked away from her home on Rhode Island Street in Salinas around 2 p.m. She was found to be safe at the home of a caregiver, who lives nearby, a few hours later.
