Volunteers are needed to help conduct the 2015 Homeless Census in Santa Cruz County. The visual count is scheduled to take place from 6–10 a.m. January 22nd. The census is a federally mandated process that takes place every two years. Based on the local data, local service providers can then apply for program funding.
