The owner of a local non-profit thrift store has once again donated thousands of dollars to 19 other local non-profits that help children with special needs. Christy Licker, the founder of Caroline’s Non-Profit Thrift Shop, was able to donate $240,000 this year, making her donations over the last 4 years total $600,000. The boutique of curated merchandise, which is located at 402 Trout Gulch Road was named after Licker’s daughter who died at 16.
