The Monterey County SPCA needs donations to maintain the health and well-being of its rescue horses. Currently, the SPCA is taking care of over 30 horses who need good homes. Donations are necessary for medical treatments and food, especially since some of the horses are underweight and have health problems stemming from being neglected.
