The Santa Cruz Port District has announced the appointment of a new Harbor Master. A 10-year veteran Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Deputy, Jatisha Marshall, then worked in Europe for the United Nations developing police standards, training programs, and budgets. in 2013 she returned to the area and worked with the UCSC police department. Marshall takes over the helm at the Santa Cruz Harbor on January 20th.
