The driver of a big rig truck was uninjured when his truck went over the guardrail on the fishhook last night. The southbound portion of the bridgeway was damaged in the accident, and 40-50 gallons of diesel fuel leaked out of the rig. Although all lanes were closed for a while, traffic is being able to get through at this time, with only one southbound lane from Highway 17 to Highway 1 closed. Caltrans plans to do repairs later today.
