Scotts Valley police are seeking information regarding a man who exposed himself to a woman this morning in Scotts Valley. The woman was jogging on Bean Creek Road around 10 a.m. when she saw a man make eye contact with her. He was reportedly standing next to a dark SUV or Jeep at Christel Oaks Drive with his genitals exposed. The man was described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, 5’10”, and 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and tan pants or shorts. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Scotts Valley Police Department.
