Tatum’s Garden in Salinas was recently recognized as one of the top all-inclusive playgrounds in the world, and yesterday it celebrated its one year anniversary. Community members filled the wheelchair-friendly park that was conceived by Shawn and Amanda Bakker and named for their daughter, Tatum, who suffers from spina bifida and is wheelchair-bound.
