Two people were sent to the hospital after a boat capsized off the coast of Pacific Grove today. There was one woman and two men on the boat when the incident occurred around 1 p.m. off Ocean View Boulevard. On the way to the hospital, CPR had to be performed on the woman until EMT’s could get a heartbeat, and one man was also rushed to the hospital for hypothermia. The Monterey Fire Department reported that the second man was fine, and that an investigation into what caused the boat to capsize is currently underway.
