A 21-year-old man, who claimed he was “seeing ghosts”, was arrested in downtown Santa Cruz. Scotts Valley resident Chase Desjardin was arrested on the 100 block of Walnut Avenue. During that arrest he put up a fight that left a Santa Cruz police officer with a seriously sprained ankle. Desjardin was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
