Pacific Grove’s Holman Building is close to being sold. The five-story, 12,000 square foot, historical building is 90 years old and is home to the original Holman’s Department Store. An offer to buy the building has been made by a local buyer whose name has yet to be released and contract negotiations are still underway. The building’s owner Nader Agha, has attempted to sell the building numerous times since 1995, and an online auction to sell the building is scheduled for December 1st. The starting bid is $3.5 million.
