A Salinas man has entered a plea of no contest to felony intent of sexual acts on a minor. 34-year-old Kevin Rodney Gray was still on felony probation for committing lewd acts on a child, from a 2012 incident where he inappropriately grabbed a 10-year-old boy at a Walmart. On Friday he plead to the new charges stemming from a September 2014 incident in a bathroom at the Northridge Mall with an 8-year-old boy. Gray is due back in court for sentencing on January 7th where he will be facing 15 years in prison.
