The city of Del Rey Oaks has approved an application to open a medical marijuana dispensary. The dispensary would be located on the corner of Fremont Street and Canyon Del Rey Boulevard. City leaders say the proposed ordinance has safeguards in case the dispensary causes problems in the community. The city council has made changes to the proposal and will discuss it further next month.
