A Pacific Grove man has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. 42-year-old Leif Rowan allegedly shot at minors with a BB gun yesterday around 6 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the apartment complex on Arkwright Circle to find the suspect arguing with residents. Witnesses also accused Rowan of threatening one resident and battering a teen. No injuries were reported. The suspect was booked into Monterey County Jail.
