A Live Oak man was arrested for allegedly firing at an occupied home over the weekend. Deputies were dispatched to the residence on the 1900 block of Kinsley Street Saturday. The 26-year-old victim reported he heard two shots strike his home around 7:30 p.m. He was uninjured. Deputies arrested the victim’s neighbor, 28-year-old Jacob Ciffone, who was found in possession of an illegal assault rifle. He remains in Santa Cruz County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
