Hollister Fire Chief Michael O’Connor, was placed on administrative leave this morning and is currently under investigation by City Manager Bill Avera. O’Connor has worked his way up through the ranks of the fire department and became Fire Chief only ten months ago. The cause of the investigation and O’Connor’s leave is currently unknown.
