A King City police officer has been ordered to stay away from a teenager amid a towing scheme case. Sergeant Bobby Carrillo appeared in court Friday after being accused of beating 19-year-old Francisco Ibarra. Ibarra is a possible witness and co-conspirator in the towing scheme that led to the arrest of six police officers in February. Carrillo’s bail has been set at $10,000 on the new battery charge. He is expected to be back in court December 3rd.
