A King City police officer who has been charged for his role in an illegal towing scheme is now facing an additional charge. Sergeant Bobby Carillo has been accused of battering a 19-year-old earlier this month in Soledad. Officials have not released the name of the victim. Carillo will appear in court tomorrow where prosecutors will consider whether or not to increase his bail.
