A project to remove litter along Highway 101 begins tomorrow and is expected to be completed Thursday. The project will encompass both directions of the center median between Airport Boulevard and Salinas River Bridge in Salinas. Minimal traffic delays are expected and Caltrans maintenance crews will be working between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
