A growing Santa Cruz-based startup has relocated to a new building. Looker, a 3-year-old tech company, moved its 70 employees to the Rittenhouse Building on Pacific Avenue Friday. The landmark was empty for six years before Looker was signed as a tenant in June. The company specializes in software that helps employees of client firms to analyze data for business decisions. The startup is currently recruiting and plans to double in size by the end of 2015.
