The Santa Cruz Grey Bears hosted a Repair Café on Saturday. The annual event taught participants how to repair and refurbish their broken household appliances and yard tools. Volunteers from Habitat for Humanity, the ReStore: Recycled Appliances and Building Materials Shoppe, and the Repair Café of Santa Cruz, showed event goers how to sharpen tools and repair items ranging from toasters to vacuum cleaners.
