a carmel valley resident videotaped a family of mountain lions earlier in the week. officials say that the resident routinely puts out water containers for wildlife struggling during the drought. then on monday he was able to film a female puma with 2 juvenile pumas at the artificial watering hole. authorities say all though no laws have been broken, it is not wise to attract wildlife near dwellings, especially MOUNTAIN
