a watsonville man was arrested after exposing himself to a live oak woman yesterday (thurs). police say that at 12:45 p-m, 34 year old eric leroy miller entered the home of a former neighbor on the 23-hundred block of byer road and exposed himself. miller then pinned the 48 year old victim to the floor before she escaped and called 9-1-1. santa cruz police arrested miller on the 52-hundred block of soquel avenue and charged him with false IMPRISONMENT with intent to commit rape. he is being held in LIEU of 150-thousand dollars bail.
