A SANTA CRUZ COUNTY JUDGE SENTENCED A CHILD MOLESTER TO A 153 YEARS IN PRISON. On February 17, 2014 a jury convicted 54 YEAR OLD Jose Olivas ALSO KNOWN AS Martin Rodriguez of 17 felony counts, including Forcible Lewd Acts on a Child, Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, and Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. ON FRIDAY HE WAS SENTENCED TO a 78 year prison term to be followed by a term of 75 years-to-life for a total of 153 years. OLIVAS will be eligible for parole in 141 years
