A man suspected of kidnapping and murdering Morgan Hill’s Sierra LaMar is expected to enter a plea today. Antolin Garcia Torres was indicted this week by a Santa Clara County superior Court Grand Jury for killing the 15-year old in May of 2012, as well as a series of violent attacks on South Bay women in 2009. The indictment expedites the criminal process, which began nearly two years ago. LaMar was last seenin her Morgan Hill home, she never made it to school and her body has never been found.
