The City administrator for Sand City announced his retirement this week. Steve Matarazzo, worked for the city as an administrator since 2008, he was also the city’s director of community development before that. He began working in Sand City in 1994 and worked for over 40-years in the public sector, which he says he plans to return to. Kelly Morgran, who is the city’s former administrator, was named to take on both jobs that Matarazzo was doing on an interim basis.
