A Monterey County accused sexual predator, died from flu like symptoms Monday. Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputies say Salinas resident, David Stevens was serving time in jail for his crimes, when he was hospitalized after he said he was having trouble breathing. Stevens reportedly died the next day from natural causes that appeared to be complicated by flu like symptoms. He was arrested in May after an international investigation was able to link him to child pornography.
