A 31-year old Salinas man was arrested after he was found in possession of methamphetamine and burglary tools this week. Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputies say they contacted Jason Stephens Wednesday at around 8:45 p.m. while he was parked behind America’s Best Value Inn on the 1,000 block of Fairview Avenue. Stephens, who was out on bail on another case, was booked into Monterey County Jail.
