Police are investigating the cause of death after a body was found in a Salinas hotel room yesterday afternoon. Officers responded to the Laurel Inn to find the body of a man in his 50’s in one of the rooms. No sign of trauma was found, and police say they were no drugs or weapons on the scene. The investigation remains ongoing.
