Prosecutors are asking for more time to file additional charges against the 23-year old Salinas man who is suspected of killing two women in a hit-and-run accident last week. Francisco Miranda is accused of killing 24-year old Linda Rascon Williams and 57-year old Cynthia Lane outside of Natividad Medical Center wednesday night. Miranda was arrested on suspicion of 2-counts of murder, 2 counts of felony hit and run, driving on a suspended license and driving under the influence of marijuana. Prosecutors plan on filing a new case against him within a week. Miranda is being held without bail for violating probation, he’s scheduled for arraignment on the probation violation and the new charges on December 10th.
