Police in Marina are investigating a suspicious death after a man with a throat wound was found in a Walmart parking lot yesterday morning. Police found the 50-year old man outside of a car in the store’s parking lot on Beach Road at about 6 a.m., before they contacted emergency responders. The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead by doctors upon his arrival. The victim is said to be known as a long-time Marina resident.
