Two people were arrested early this morning on suspicion of killing a man at his property management office in Capitola over the weekend. The Santa Cruz County Anti-Crime team along with Capitola detectives arrested 59-year old Diana Cohen and her son 28-year old Daniel Cohen at their Santa Cruz home on Kinsley Avenue. Police said the Cohens rented an apartment from 63-year old Jonathan Gordon Smith, the property manager who was found shot to death on Saturday morning.
