Seaside City Council members will take on residential parking issues tomorrow. The council is expected to act on 2 new laws for a permit parking system in residential areas that would prohibit parking unhitched trailers, campers, and boats on public streets, alleys and parking lots. the permit system would free up parking in residential areas currently over-run with vehicles from nearby businesses. A proposed permit parking program was approved in August by the city traffic committee.
