An in-home health-care provider has been arrested on suspicion of taking more than $20,000 from her Scotts Valley client. Police arrested 42-year old Crystal Gilbert yesterday on suspicion of elder abuse, grand theft, and embezzlement after money was found missing from the man’s trust account. Police found two of the man’s credit cards after a search was conducted on Gilbert and her apartment.
