A 7-11 STORE IN SANTA CRUZ WAS ROBBED TWICE IN 3 DAYS.  THE ARMED ROBBERIES TOOK PLACE AT the STORE LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF MISSIONAND SWIFT STREETS.   THE FIRST ROBBERY HAPPENED ON SUNDAY NIGHT WHEN A HEAVY SET BLACK MAN, 5 FOOT 6 INCHES TALL, DISGUISED WITH A RED BANDANA, ARMED WITH A SILVER REVOLVER, ROBBED THE STORE. THEN ON TUESDAY EVENING A SIMILAR ROBBERY TOOK PLACE, POSSIBLY BY THE SAME ROBBER. THE SECOND SUSPECT WAS ALSO DESCRIBED AS A BLACK MALE ABOUT 5’ 6” AROUND 200 POUNDS, WITH A GRAY BANDANA, WHO ALSO USED A SILVER REVOLVER. POLICE ARE EXAMINING VIDEO FOOTAGE OF BOTH CRIMES AND ARE URGING ANY ONE WITH ANY INFORMATION TO CONTACT THE SANTA CRUZ POLICE DEPARTMENT.
