A man charged in a 5-year old Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor coffee shop sexual attack and robbery, was sentenced today to 65-years to life in prison. 23-year old Elvis Lorenzo Garcia brutally raped a Kind Grind coffee shop employee on March 19th 2008. Prosecutors say Garcia entered the shop at 6 a.m. held a knife to the woman’s throat, raped her and locked her in a refrigerator before he robbed the business. Garcia was arrested in March of 2011 after a D-N-A match, he was found guilty on all counts in July.
