Seaside Planning Commissioners will review new city parking laws when they meet tomorrow. The panel is expected to consider a proposal for residential parking permits, and a crackdown on street parking of trailers, campers and boats. In addition, the commission will also consider a request for a five-year extension on a 2009 permit for two portable classrooms at the Chartwell School campus located on Nuna Road.
